Self-care 101: Three simple steps to Nourish you inside & out

If you’ve ever been on a plane, then you’ve invariably heard the flight attendant instruct you to place the oxygen mask on yourself before helping the person next to you, should the need arise.


This is the greatest metaphor for all things Life!

As parents, we undoubtedly put ourselves last – in all things – including taking good care of ourselves. Eventually, and in the worst of ways, we realize that we are not invincible, and we too can run ragged.
Once we are shutting down physically, we emotionally take a turn for the worse, then we become unable to care for ourselves and our family; uh oh!

Here are 3 simple and proven steps to nourish you inside and out!

For this to work, it requires you to make a commitment to yourself. The most effective way is to pick one night, and each week on that night you include these three steps into your self-care routine.
That’s it! Simple as can be.
By week three you’ll be feeling fresh, invigorated, you will love your Self more, and you will look!
