Our first topic will be Learning to Trust Your Intuition.
Throughout the workshop you will learn:

How to tune in to what type of movement your body needs from you
How to trust your body’s innate wisdom
How to cope with your emotions without turning to food

Live masterclass sessions will run at 1pm EST via Zoom from June 7 – 10. Recordings will also be available if you are unable to attend live. The investment for the week is $47.
