Add all ingredients except the optional toppings (Coconut flakes and Berries) to a mason jar and secure the lid tightly. Thoroughly shake the jar to disperse the Chia Seeds.
Wait about 10 minutes, then shake the jar once again to break up any clumps.
Store overnight in the refrigerator.
When ready to eat, add Berries, Coconut flakes, and more Maple Syrup if desired, to taste.
