Avocados happen to be one of the healthiest (tastiest, and most amazing) fruits on the planet.

I think I love them as much, or more, than Cilantro, and that’s saying a lot!
So when I found this recipe I was delighted!
When possible, I put Avocados in my salads and smoothies, on sandwiches and bean burgers, and now I have one more excuse to eat them 🙂
